Reasonable price. You can park in front of the door and best take the train to the city center of Nuremberg.
Breakfast is bookable. The place is absolutely recommended. We will come back!

Very very clean
Private parking for free, few steps from hotel
Easy to find travelling by car
Great location (3mins to metro +3stops to city center, also train station behind the hotel)
Towels changed every day
Free water bottle in the room
BUT : no air conditioner; right out the window is train station (people waiting for trains + trains can get loud sometimes)

Schlechtester Kundenservice Weltweit!
Unterirdisch ist der Service. Dazu hier eine Mail, die ich so an das Hotel Lacin geschrieben habe. Natürlich ohne Antwort.
Zur Einordnung: Davor hab es schon mehrere Mails und Anrufe von mir, die teilweise auch beantwortet wurden.
"Hallo zusammen,
das Parfüm hat mich immernoch nicht erreicht!
Es ist inzwischen genau einen Monat her, dass Sie meinten das Parfüm sei gefunden worden und es ist knapp 2 Wochen her, seit Sie meinten das Paket wurde verschickt.
Das ist ein Kundenservice, der absolut unzureichend ist, für ein Hotel das angeblich einen 3 Sterne Service bietet.
Ähnlicher Fall: Als ich meine Karte im Zimmer vergessen hatte, dauerte es eine Stunde bis ich in das Zimmer kam. Weil innerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten kein Mitarbeiter des Hotels vor Ort war, ich 3x anrufen musste um jemanden zu erreichen, damit ich anschließend 30min warten konnte, bis jemand endlich kam und mir eine neue Karte gab.
Ich erwarte dass ich bis Ende der Woche eine Nummer zur Sendungsverfolgung bekomme und das Parfüm bis nächsten Dienstag bei mir ist, ansonsten werde ich diese Mail, mit der dazugehörigen Bewertung auf Google, Tripadvisor und co. veröffentlichen.
Die 3,85€ für den Versand bekommen Sie, sobald das Parfüm da ist, weil offensichtlich wurde bislang trotz ihrer Aufforderung zur Zahlung nichts versendet!
