Large penthouse, convenient for a family with children . Kitchen with vary basic ustensiles . A bit far from transportation. No staff at all. We did not see anyone, with self check in/ check out.

The hotel doesn't have a live reception, it is all digital. The room was clean but it is very cold, probably around 16-17 C. The blanket was not full length, more like 3/4. And although the blanket was retaining the body heat well, just breathing in the cold air made the sleep uncomfortable.

Dealing with customers seems inflexible and unbusiness-oriented

We accidentally booked a room at this hotel and cancelled the booking 10 minutes later. Nevertheless, the hotel insists on full payment of the room rate, although this is not permitted by case law, especially as the hotel was not fully booked.
Unfortunately, no agreement was possible, and the hotel's behavior is not what you might expect from a professional business hotel.
Our Enterprise strongly advises against booking at this hotel – dealing with customers seems inflexible and unbusiness-oriented.
