Great location

My stay at Hotel Bohn was short but sweet - it was decent enough for two nights, and I did feel comfortable and safe in the room as a solo female traveller. The furnishings seemed new, and the room smelled like new wooden furniture. The bathroom was spick and span, and bigger than I was expecting! The room is very basic, but it was totally sufficient for my needs on this trip.
My room had a sky light, which was nice during the day but was an issue in the early morning when the sun came up (I think the motorised shade that was meant to be drawn over the window was broken as it wouldn't respond to any of the buttons I was pressing?) so I strongly recommend you bring an eyemask with you just in case.
I had a room towards the back of the hotel so I didn't hear any of the noise from the main road during the night. It was quiet and peaceful, and I slept very soundly. Location was excellent for where I needed to go.

Can't do it at all!

Room is freezing! Ca. 15 degrees! Heating does not work despite an attempt at repair by the staff and remains freezing cold. A window does not close and there remains a clear gap to the outside, which results in good “ventilation” as well as noise in the room.
The bathroom lacks a tile at the base of the shower tray and gives deeper insights into the piping!
Something positive - the sun is shining outside!

Ok and close enough to the city center

Nice, quiet and clean rooms but unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the Sunday that we arrived. The breakfast was ok.
It is close to good shopping at the outlet stores but otherwise the hotel surrounding didn't leave much extra.
A lot of stairs for our room that was ok for us but if you travel with younger children or older people make sure to call a head to get a room with easy access.

Leider ungegnügend

Das Haus können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Bei der Buchung, wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass eines der gebuchten Zimmer über KEIN normales Fenster, sondern lediglich ein Fenster in der Decke verfügt. Im Zimmer roch es muffig. Eine Renovierung der Wände und eine Neuanschaffung der Möbel nahmen wir zur Kenntnis. Im zweiten Zimmer waren es derart hellhörig, dass ein Ausruhen nicht möglich war. Die Türe zum Bad/-WC ließ sich nicht verschließen, da man die Türklinke,- bei wohl neu eingebauten Türen ansonsten beim Schließen in der Hand hätte.... Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht!
