Fantastic hostess

Fantastic hostess, we are stranded with our car and for the first evening we could fortunately get an extra room. For the following evening our hostess called 6 hotels to find one with availability. That's hospitality I don't experience much anymore, really great! Again many thanks for everything and our beautiful apartment.

Hotel is very basic.self check in was card with your name and your keycard..No food available in hotel.There is an outdoor bar for drinks and food (pizzas)also a takeaway place?Monday night no other places open .Hotel good for young people or solo travellers for1 night.Bakery round corner open at6.30 with good selection of cakes and rolls with takeout coffee.Metten looks pretty and quiet.

Lovely rustic hotel run by great people. They have a very convenient self-check-in system. Unfortunately my bed was so hard and creaky that I woke myself up any time I moved.

Just passing through, but excited

We stayed here overnight while passing through and arrived without any particular expectations. We left the Mettner Hof feeling enthusiastic. About the friendliness of the boss, the cleanliness of the accommodation and, above all, about one of the best dinners ever. The rooms are simply furnished and decorated with attention to detail. We slept wonderfully. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was not available during our stay. So we will probably have to come back again. Because if the breakfast is only half as delicious as what we were served for dinner in the beer garden, the long journey is definitely worth it. The price-performance ratio was absolutely fine. I can definitely recommend the Mettner Hof.
