Does not meet the usual standards.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and for €99 per night for a double room we expected a bit more. As we were expecting a delay in our arrival, we didn't expect to arrive before 6:00 p.m. and informed the hotel accordingly. The employee's response was: I'm only in the hotel until 6:10 p.m. No information on how to arrange a later arrival. There is a key safe for guests arriving later, as we later saw. The room smelled of drains and even after airing it out for a long time the smell didn't completely disappear. In the bathroom there was a shower that was just 80x80 cm. Not really standard these days. It wouldn't have been a problem if the shower door had been able to open completely. With a lot of effort the door could be opened wide enough to get into the shower. There would have been room for a reasonably large shower in the large bathroom. When we pointed out the defects (sewer smell and stuck shower door) and suggested putting some oil on the shower door rails, the receptionist responded very unenthusiastic with "I'll pass this on when I get the chance". Unfortunately, none of the defects were attempted to be remedied during our stay.
As we often visit Mechernich and need accommodation, we will not book this hotel again.

Gäste unerwünscht...,Kommunikation unterirdisch!!!

vor 2 Wochen wollte ich für meine Familie, die zur einer Beerdigung anreisten, 3 Zimmer im Komm'in buchen. Ich fuhr am Vormittag spontan hin und stand dann aber vor verschlossener Türe (das die Rezption in einem Hotel garni nicht 24h besetzt ist kann man ja noch nachvollziehen...). An der Eingangstüre hing ein Schild mit einer Telefonnummer bei der man sich melden sollte. Nach 20x klingeln ging dann endlich eine unfreundliche Frauenstimme ( ich vermute die Besitzerin...) dran. "Kommen'se heute Nachmittag wieder" wurde mir entgegen geschmettert. Auf meine Bitte, die Buchung telefonisch entgegen zu nehmen, entgegnete man mir im frechen Ton" das mache ich grundsätzlich nicht..."
Ich war perplex und sprachlos wie man Kunden/potentiellen Gäste umgeht...
Und das ist bereits die 2. unangenehme Erfahung dir wir im Komm'in machen mussten. Im letzten Jahr hatten bereits Verwandte dort übernachtet. Morgens beim Frühstück wurden Sie aus dem Frühstücksraum rauskomplemeniert mit den Worten: "So, Sie müssen jetzt mal Schluss mach, schliesslich müssen wir hier noch sauber machen..."
Service und Dienstleistung sieht anders aus...
aber vielleicht ist das die Eifeler Gastfreundschaft?!? Unteririsch...
Defenitiv nicht zu empfehlen...!!!!

Grosse déception dans cet hôtel supposé 4 étoiles.
Durant notre séjour de 7 jours le ménage à été fait UNE fois, les draps changés une fois également.
Les serviettes de toilette aussi.
Personne à la réception durant 7 jours.
Buffet de petit-déjeuner assez frugal.
Bref à éviter, et à reclassifier en 1 étoile.

Zweckmäßiges, modernes und sauberes Hotel

Das Komm'in liegt "verkehrsgünstig" am Ortsrand unmittelbar gegenüber eines Einkaufszentrum (Lidl, REWE, Dönerladen, ...).
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ohne viel Schnickschnack zweckmäßig gehalten.
Alles war frisch renoviert,sehr sauber und im Bad steht eine große Dusche zur Verfügung. Kostenloses WLAN mit einer guten Verbindung war ebenfalls vorhanden
Das Frühstück ist zweckmäßig; Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet.
Für einen Zwischenstopp definitiv eine sehr gute Wahl!
