Good hotel for people in wheelchairs

Large room and accessible bathroom.

Stay in Mainz

The front desk staff is attentive and super nice, the beds are comfortable, and it is really close to the center of Mainz.

Great Place to Stay, but not in the summer

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the tram. The ground floor of the hotel is air conditioned, but the guest rooms are not. The weather was unusually hot while we were there, and the lack of cooling in the room made it very difficult to sleep. The rest of our stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the personnel were very friendly and pleasant. If we return to Mainz during any time but summer, this would be a great place to stay. In the summer, though, we would have to pick a hotel with air conditioning.

Small problem with breakfast.

Actually, everything is great!
But unfortunately, the breakfast buffet does not open until 7:00 AM. Although I had announced my departure for 7:00 AM and had requested that something small be prepared, the staff was very grumpy. In the end, there was a coffee and a dry roll. A croissant and a little jam would have been nice.
But as I said, everything else is very good!

My review.

A cancellation of the second night's room at the reception was unfortunately not possible.
- Rooms are clear, modern, and clean.
- Bad odor from the drains in the bathroom.
- A softer pillow option would be nice.
- Internet is very weak in the room.
