A fantastic hotel, room was really comfortable and spacious and so clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free parking on site which was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasty. Only a short drive into Heidelberg so location great too! Totally recommend the hotel as a place to stay 😊😊😊

Really recommendable!

We decided to spend this year's family celebration in Heidelberg. The Hotel Englhorn booked at short notice still had the desired rooms available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well adequately large and nice newly renovated. You can tell here is love in the details. Also the additionally booked breakfast (14,-- €). Has met all needs.

The worst service and staff

I initially really liked the hotel and wanted to rate them five stars but the lady in the picture totally ruined the experience for us. She was extremely rude (the worst hotel staff I have ever met), angry attitude, didn’t want to be there and made everything so hard for us. The room itself was okay (bathroom is very small) and the location is fine if you have a car.
