Highly recommended - top service

We had a pleasant and quiet night at the Hotel Imperial. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was good and rich. Of particular note is the very helpful support of the service/owners. We had forgotten our charging cable and could easily borrow one at the reception. We would especially like to thank you for finding our headphones again and sending them to us as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for that!!!

We would love to come back

The Hotel Imperial is ideally located for anyone who wants to leave the car behind and explore the Rhine town of Uerdingen on foot. The Dujardin museum distillery is less than five minutes away, the pedestrian zone with several, mainly Italian restaurants begins just around the corner, and the banks of the Rhine are also just a stone's throw away.
The hotel is run by two families, the people are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and a bit out of date. Lots of nostalgia, but cozy. And super clean and functional, only the bathroom lacked storage space, the shower was rather weak. The bed, on the other hand, was new and excellent, the room was very quiet despite being on the street.
The breakfast was very plentiful, nothing was missing. Refills were very quick, good selection of everything.
The often mentioned free parking lot is only big enough for four cars at most. Right opposite, less than 150 meters away, is the Uerdingen train station with free parking spaces. From there, the train line 043 also goes towards Krefeld-Zentrum.
We were completely satisfied with our stay and would love to come back! Tip: Drink Altbier in the "Zur Krone" inn at the Rheintor (walking distance: 10 minutes).

Not to happy with my stay at Imperial Hotel. Breakfast from 08:00 is too late for me and parking was unclear.
