!THE HOTEL HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY CLOSED SINCE 01.09.2024!

It was a really good hotel on the western edge of the Palatinate.
For those who did not find the right one in Kaiserslautern or Landstuhl, it was a good starting point. The name was program, the location of the hotel in the forest was very good.
So, now I have reached the necessary 200 characters...;-)

Nice hotel - friendly staff

I was a total of three times at the Hotel Rabenhorst (for work). I had failed to cancel a Booking Referral due to the postponement of a project of my company - it was handled extremely cultly. Many thanks again for this!
Otherwise, everything fit. Single room was big enough - as was the bathroom and both very clean!
The breakfast I found very delicious and you sit nicely in a kind of conservatory. Selection more than good.
If I Trips to Homburg again, the hotel will be my first choice again!

Bad experience

Bad smell in the rooms, very bad breakfast!
if you don’t want to have breakfast or miss it, there is no way to get coffee!
Hotel owner was frustrated and angry and for some reason he thought it was appropriate to take it out on his gusts…
Over prised hotel that really doesn’t deserve 4 stars

would recommend

Smallish country hotel located in the forest about 1km from the town of Homburg population 50,000.
Hotel staff are amazing and helpful and they all multitask.
Wonderful hiking or walking trails right from the hotel. Just a lovely spot especially if you are here to support someone in the Saarland University hospital.
We are not talking about luxury rooms but perfectly suitable German rooms.
There is a restaurant on site. I must mention (as others have) their breakfasts are fabulous and fresh!!

very nice caring staff make you really at home

this is the second time in this hotel and I have enjoyed my stay there are nothing butter than you feel you are not away from home
if you want to stay in a quit relaxing place this is the right one, all the staff will make you feel home
