Great stay for Oktoberfest

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during Oktoberfest and the experience was really positive. The location is very convenient: the train stop (line S7) is only 30 meters away and in about 20 minutes you arrive at Munich Central Station. From there, a 20-minute walk takes you to the Theresienwiese, home of the Oktoberfest.
The property is clean, well maintained and the staff, all Italian, was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and of excellent quality. We also tried the internal Italian restaurant, being pleasantly surprised by the pizza: really great!
Another plus point is the parking adjacent to the hotel: once you park your car, you can safely forget to use it for the whole stay thanks to the efficient connection with public transport.
Highly recommended for those who want to visit Munich and experience Oktoberfest without stress!

Keep in mind if you are nearby

Excellent Welcoming and Service, clean rooms, great food.
Quiet area in the green and convenient station (right in front of the hotel) to reach Munich in about 30 minutes.
By the way, ample parking included in the price.
In addition, the owners are Italian, and the hotel speaks almost exclusively Italian.
Also excellent value for money.

World's best pizza

We came from near Darmstadt to taste the best Neapolitan pizza of Munich from reigning Europe and world champion Vito Monaco in the restaurant "Il Brigante". The restaurant is very nice and you immediately feel welcome. The Neapolitan pizza was for me the best pizza I have ever eaten with tasteful and fresh products. The pizza dough was unique and especially mega delicious. I will definitely come back and give a huge compliment to Restaurant Chef Vincenzo, Vito the world's best Pizza Master Chef and the whole team who make a very nice and great job. Too bad you're so far away. The trip was more like worth it. Just great.

Inadequate

The very tasty Italian restaurant attached and the room price are positive.
Negative:
- WiFi poor to unusable
- very thin and therefore poor sleep
- pillows far too thin
- everything very outdated
- mold in the bathroom (see picture)

Terrible

Slept here one night. Both mattresses were sagging in the middle and gave us a backache. Pillows were simply not existant. The bathroom had a slanted ceiling, with a bathtub squeezed at the far end, which made it impossible to take a shower by standing normally. Not recommended.
