Nice hotel

My stay at Burghotel Haselünne was overall very pleasant. The good parking facilities right next to the hotel are particularly convenient, and the breakfast was also convincing. The room was very spacious, so you really had a lot of space and could immediately feel comfortable.
One point that struck me, however: Behind the bathroom door were still cobwebs, and under the desk were some pebbles. These details should not escape housekeeping.
Apart from that, it was a very nice stay, and I can recommend the place without restriction.

Visit to this hotel

First I must say the price in brochure is not the price you pay. This hotel has staff that do not have any idea what they are doing. The room was not clean the mini bar was mouldy I strongly advise you to look for better options. Please don't book here
I tried tod pay my bill on departure and was told the bill was paid , this I asked for that to be verified that was not possible I latter received a bill in the post so called the hotel for clarification the person I spoke to said she was only a trainee and the price had been agreed on a email this was note true again I urge you take care

Great classic hotel

Room is a good size, bed is comfortable, soundproofing is not the best (we could ear noises from adjacent rooms and street), very clean, little fridge in room which is convenient. No AC in room which was barely ok during our stay (was 15-16 degrees during the night and 23 in the room). It would be uncomfortable during higher temperatures.
Breakfast was ok.
Free parking on site which is very convenient.
Nice little village around the hotel.
Check-in outside business hours is easy and convenient.
I would go back.

Very Nice Hotel with pleasant staff. Perfect breakfast and very near to all shops an restaurants in the town. The little bad thing is that the hotel has no restaurant or bar. As I checked in little late I had to take out my key from a coded locker. No staff at the desk after seven a clock.
