Loud, loud, loud.

Due to the proximity to the train station and relatively clean rooms, there are 2 points. That I received a room on the first floor out of goodwill was actually unfair. Because two elderly people had to carry their suitcases up to the fourth floor. There was no elevator. Furthermore, the room door was warped, so I heard the staff talking on the phone all night long. And of course with a loudspeaker... Such behavior is rude. The area around the hotel rather shocked me. I did not go out anymore. I fled again in the morning right away.

The hotel should not be listed on Expedia.
I would not leave my dog in a kennel maintained to this standard

There is no lift on ground floor so you need to carry your big luggage to 1st floor
Staircase is quite dirty although the room itself is acceptable.
One of the staff is very helpful whitle another one is not that helpful.

Everything was not bad, but the area felt dangerous and just a bad vibe, not really the hotels fault
