Good and clean with best quality
Clean and simple you will be able to relax and enjoy your time in Hamburg the reception is just wonderful and I love the way they treated me the fissility are new and they are mor than willing to help in any kind of situation big parking place

Fine for a night
There is free bottle of water in the room, but coffee cost extra, a bit disappointing but ok.
Breakfast was okay for the price, its included in the room price. There could be some more variety, and I missed peanut butter but that’s just personal preference.
Staff was friendly to us, nothing to say about them. Only thing with this hotel is that the parking can be full if you arrive late at night.
In short, I would recommend this hotel if you need an affordable place to spend one or maybe two nights around Hamburg, or if you need to catch a flight the next day. We chose it mainly because of its proximity to the airport combined with the affordable price.

Clean, comfortable and less than 15 minutes to the airport
Very pleasantly suprised.
The room was very large and modern, looked very new. Beds were comfortable and breakfast buffet was satisfying (bread, fruit, cereal, cheese and meats).
So the location is not the most touristy, but if you're looking for something close the airport, you can't go wrong.
Special mention to the staff: can't remember his name, but the guy at reception the night of Saturday 13/07 was extremely helpful and polite.

Terrible service
The only great service we had was on the last night from a 'white' male.
Other than that, everything was very bad.
The pillow are disgusting! It's as if they haven't been washed in years. The shower was not great, and when we asked to change rooms- we were told we cannot because we should have come back from work earlier- WHAT A JOKE!
I wouldn't recommend it for those who need proper service.
