Excellent stay

I stayed for three nights recently. The staff were brilliant, the place was clean and the atmosphere was great. Central to the main shopping area and station it was very easy to find. Loads of restaurants and bars in the area, but should you decide to stay in the hostel the bar and food they have is great. Karaoke night was a lot of fun.

Good value for money, terrible guests

The room and bed were fine. The location is really great value for money. There was a weird guest in my room that made some loud banging noises in the en-suite in the middle of the night which woke everyone up since the bathroom was tiny and have thin walls. The staff was very willing to help with all my issues.

My Stay at Generator Hamburg

I am impressed with the hotel.
Service at the desk was very friendly and the staff was also helpful. The room was very clean. I also like the pre register and checkout per online. It made everything easy for us.

Hotel/hostel complex in St. Georg

This hotel & hostel complex is located directly on Steindamm in Hamburg.
This means that you do not need a TV for entertainment. It is enough to stand in front of the hotel for a while and watch the hustle and bustle in a relaxed way.
It is clean and the staff is attentive. There are many places to work on a laptop and a bar with changing events.
The rooms are cleaned regularly, only the bathroom and the shower room are very small.
You can do laundry very cheaply.

Bad and full of RATS

Rats, bad smell at the room, night shift at the reception was not the best, i didnt felt secure in the hostel, surroundings are horrible
