We had a pleasant stay here. We arrived at 10pm so there was no one at the reception, but after a quick call we got a key from the locker outside. The room was simple but clean. Breakfast was basic, a few choices of salami and cheese, yogurt, cerial, eggs, a few spreads and bread, which for one night we were completely happy with. What was outstanding was the staff, super kind, friendly and helpful! There's also plenty of parking ablvailable in front of the guest house, which is located in a quiet area only a few min from the motorway.

Check in instructions should be shared via email if there is not going to be anyone at reception. Overall the stay was good once we were in the room and the breakfast was great.

Mediocre breakfast

We had breakfast in this hotel with the extended family. The breakfast room is friendly and you can look out over nature from there. The breakfast ladies tried hard. Unfortunately, the breakfast was simple and not recommended. There were only two types of simple sausage and cheese. Yogurt and a little fruit were available. The rolls were probably reheated and very simple (cheap). €12 is by no means justified. The hotel is not in Bamberg itself, but in a village. You would expect more quality there.
