I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The room was not clean and had several defects. The staff

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The room was not clean and had several defects. The staff was rude and unhelpful, which further affected my stay. The food in the restaurant was of inferior quality and overpriced. The location was central, but the soundscape was disturbing. Overall, I can not recommend this place.

Employees were very friendly and were going the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. They even wrote a birthday card for my girlfriend which shows their hospitality.
The hotel was clean, food was good and prizes reasonable. Will visit again.
