Quick lunch break at hotel restaurant

We stopped at the hotel restaurant to have a lunch and a break from our trip and what a lovely place. Lunch was great and our waiter young lady Janina (sorry if the name is wrong) was amazing smiley and friendly. It's that kind of service you just need :)

It sucks.

We've been coming here for years. The restaurant and service is good. But the rest of it turned us off. First we had to wait for the table to be cleaned. I was already sitting , and was rudely commanded twice by Michael Bauer to get up. Then we only brought wet cloth over the table. Afterwards, Mrs Bauer came to get redress. You have to listen when we say something.
The hotel room, a mockery. a ban.kstel of skai that has completely decayed. Showers too small and no opportunity to put your soap down.
Breakfast? Always a good point. My question where the scrambled eggs were. We haven't, why not? No time for that. Well say we pay for a full breakfast and not half.
WE ARE COMPLETELY DONE WITH THIS ADDRESS.

This is not a campsite but a parking lot along the highway

In fact, this is not a campsite, but a parking lot along the highway that you have to join behind. The difference with a regular parking space at a Raststätte is that you have to pay for the place, there is a restaurant and you can shower for a fee (€ 0.50) (nice clean sanitary facilities) and there is free wifi. Washing dishes not possible. It is in the summer!
You have to follow the parking rules. So all ‘tight’ in a row. Not too far to the middle because that should remain free for departures.
Because the location is right next to the motorway, there is noise pollution.
The place is presented as dog friendly, but we have not experienced that so much. Even in the Biergarten the dog has to stay under the table.
The restaurant is fine and offers a gutbürgerliche Küche. In addition, there is a hotel, which looks well-kept.
The payment system is unclear. We finally paid in the restaurant (cash payment is mandatory), but nowhere is it clearly indicated how the payment works.

Great transit location.

Great transit hotel. Cosy and outdated rooms, no reception. But cozy atmosphere and in the restaurant you can eat delicious. I read reviews that only cash could be paid, but could just pay for everything with the card. Biggest advantage remains the location. You'll be back up to speed in less than a minute.

Always happy...

Good, home-style cooking that is always worth a visit. The ambience is a bit dated, but the food is delicious and the service is very friendly. Even the kids will definitely find something on the children's menu. Fast service and flexible.
