Clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast wasn't that good but other than that it's a cozy nice place to stay.

Lied to and cheated
Blasky Hotel – unfortunately not like this.
I can understand that a hotel under high occupancy, such as due to a nearby concert or a wedding, is under organizational pressure. Even for an overbooking, I would have had some understanding up to a certain point. However, what I cannot accept is the handling of the situation.
The large room I had reserved three months ago was not made available to me. Instead, I was told that there had been water damage. In my impression, this explanation did not correspond to the actual situation; rather, it seemed that the room had been assigned elsewhere. Open and honest communication would have been much more appropriate here.
Instead of the booked large room with four sleeping options, we received only a very small double room. We could have arranged ourselves with that in an emergency, but I naturally expect a refund of the price difference in such a case. The statement that this is not possible due to the booking through Booking.com is not understandable to me, as the originally booked room was significantly more expensive.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing as well. Food and drinks were not replenished for long periods; even the coffee machine was repeatedly empty. Among other things, milk, juice, scrambled eggs, and bacon were missing. Instead of a complete breakfast, mostly empty plates and containers were available. In the end, I was left with only a roll with some cheese before I had to buy coffee and a pretzel outside the hotel.
Overall, the stay was very disappointing. What is particularly frustrating is that the situation could have been handled much better with honest communication, an appropriate solution, and a fair refund.

A hidden gem close to the city center
We had such a great stay here! We booked pretty last minute, and Elia and Leonie at the front desk made the whole process super easy. Check-in was quick, uncomplicated, and really friendly — exactly what you want when you arrive.
The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and well taken care of, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy the stay.
A big shoutout as well to Marinko from the night shift - super friendly guy, we even had a nice little late-night chat which made the whole experience feel more personal. And Saba at breakfast was just as lovely, very welcoming and a great start to the day. Also a big thank you to Lusin at reception for a smooth and friendly check-out
Overall, you can tell the team here really cares about guests. We’d definitely come back and can fully recommend this place!

Disappointing across the board
Unfortunately, this stay disappointed me overall. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful throughout, which has already clouded the first impression.
The walls of the rooms are extremely thin – you can not only hear every conversation of the other guests, but even feel their breathing. Privacy is absolutely unthinkable here. Rest and relaxation are hardly possible.
The garage is an imposition and disproportionate to the price. Here I definitely prefer to leave my vehicle on the road next time. Also the bed was very uncomfortable, restful sleep was hardly thought of.
Overall, the value for money is not right at all. I cannot recommend this place and will certainly not book it again.

Enjoyed my stay at The Blasky. Check-in was a breeze and the breaky yum. Room was clean. Close to transport in a residental area.
