Clean spacious rooms, the single rooms were perfect with a decent sized almost double bed, stocked fridge and TV. Only downside was bath towels aren’t the biggest and only 2 plug sockets, none of which are by the bed but it did mean more sleep and less distraction! Will be back if I ever come to Germany again. Superb location too just a couple of minutes walk to the main station, with tram stop outside hotel too

Poor hotel!

Checkin more than an hour. The attendant knows nothing. Room without air conditioning working. An infernal heat. Noise on the street day and night. Terrible frequency around. Cafe from the poor manha. Attendee in a bad mood. Glass of the broken desk tables. A tiny elevator. Awful. Dirt on all sides. Stained rugs. Walls with stains. Old bathroom. Checkout with disqualified person. Bad mood of attendees

We would like to clarify a few points raised in your review. Some of the impressions you describe – particularly regarding noise, odors, or visual aspects – are not related to your room itself, but rather to temporary work carried out in the corridor or general maintenance activities within the building. Unfortunately, such works cannot always be completely avoided and are limited to specific areas.
It therefore appears that parts of your comments may not reflect your actual room experience, but rather other areas of the property.
Regarding the protective elements you mentioned (e.g. rubber corner guards): these are installed specifically for safety reasons, particularly to protect children. While they may not always be visually appealing, safety is our clear priority.
Nevertheless, we take your comments regarding service, cleanliness, and facilities seriously and will review them internally in order to identify possible improvements.

Hotel opposite to Railway Station. Pleasant stay

Loved the stay, got it for the reasonable price and the staff were very supportive. The location is perfect, rite opposite to the Railway station. The rooms were kept clean and I had no hassle in check-in. Overall a good stay

OK, the male staff are outstanding always helping and smiling and polite namely Mehtab and Amit Tash they were very polite. Very helpful. Very impressive. The five stars overall for them.
