Anywhere but here

The hotel is abysmal.
The card had to be reprogrammed several times just to get into the dive.
There are several significant defects in the room.
- Toilet seat missing
- Refrigerator not working
- Water leaked from the sink drain, which made the entrance area wet
- Stains on the carpet
- Tissues behind the bed
- Kettle leaking
- Hair dryer holder electronics exposed
- mold on the baseboard
- Wall opposite the sink already damp and has been for a long time
So anyone who wants to spend a night in Frankfurt would rather get a shopping cart and make themselves comfortable in that

AVOID! Terrible!

AVOID! The location is dodgy, but the service is the worst. I specifically chose this supposedly 4* hotel because it offered air conditioning. At check-in I had to wait in the heat for 15 mins because the reception wasn't staffed. After inspecting the room, I asked for an extra pillow since theirs were paper-thin. Got nothing. The fridge didn't work and when I tried to see if it's a power/connection problem, I realised that the central heating was on and on full power - on the hottest day of the year (37C). Cherry on top: the air conditioning stopped working in the evening. I reported it to the reception (who had very poor English skills) where they said it's broken in my room. No offer of a solution, nothing. A terrible stay throughout.

Never corresponds to a 4 star hotel

The room looked dirty. The bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. Location good, therefore of course noisy sleep with the window open not possible.

Drugs and prostitution

Hotel located at the entrance to the red light district called zombieland Franfur.
Consuming crack and other drugs around you, junkies lying on the sidewalks.
Prostitution is practised in the hotel, continuous transfer of clients.
