Very nice, personally run hotel in Fellbach-Schmiden. Beautiful, cozy garden. Nice, comfortable rooms. Friendly reception. Free parking in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. We'll definitely be happy to come back.

Good place to stay. Only the curtain was a bit narrow, so in summer the room is not entirely dark.

Perfect hotel for the night

We received an email that we had to use the keybox because no one would be there upon arrival. We didn't mind that at all. The room is spacious enough, but it was very cold. We drove about 8 hours and arrived hungry but in walking distance you can't find a place that was open at that moment. That was a bit of a bummer, because we didn't wanted to drive to find something to eat. The housebar has some snacks and drinks at hotelrates. For me, but I am not gifted with a very tall body, the mirror was up to high in the bathroom. The interior is very nice, you can't stop looking. I am a big book reader myself so seeing books everywhere is very nice.
Breakfast is the most extensive I saw during my vacation. I think they have everything available.
The lady of the house was very friendly and spoke very good English. Only thing I am confused about is that she made a remark that she upgraded our room to a room with bathroom because she wasn't there upon arrival. I would never book a room without a bathroom so I hope this was a communication mistake lost in translation.

The hotel is located in a residential area, very quite and far from the city. It seems like it has been newly renovated, the decor is quite new and gives you a warm feeling. The receptionist wasn't as friendly to non-German speaking clients. There are cobbwebs and a spider in the bathroom which wasn't very nice. Sound insulation is pretty poor as you hear your neighbours easily, whenever they plug in a socket or open/close their doors.
