Hotel to recommend without any hesitation.

Beautiful discovery on the banks of the Moselle. The hotel is conveniently located a few steps from Cochem. Hotel with nice very clean rooms. The owners are super friendly and with little care with guests. Very good table with fresh meals and very very hearty. Value for money nothing wrong except to advise with eyes closed.

Very friendly run house with beautiful outdoor terrace

We stayed for a few days with friends at the Old Rectory.
The reception and service throughout the stay were excellent. For breakfast there is an individually put together Etagere. Thus, there are no buffet scraps that would have to be disposed of. Room cleaning is only available on request, but this is no problem.
In the evening the kitchen unfortunately remains closed, which is a shame considering the limited supply situation in the village. Going to dinner after 8pm is a challenge in Ernst.
In addition to this limitation, it must be mentioned that the otherwise nice rooms heat up unbearably in summer heat. There is neither air conditioning nor fans.
Free parking is plentiful across the street.

Holiday days as you wish .. no matter what the weather is

I am quite thrilled .. pretty little hotel .. great location on the Moselle ... road does not disturb ... parking opposite enough ... large terrace .. small and large seating extra .. Sunbathing area ... since 4 years taken over by open and very devoted couple .. currently no restoration .. a pity .. but enough alternatives close by ... the advance order for breakfast the next day was a bit difficult for me at first .. but reordering no problem ... so food is saved ... all around a hotel with service as everyone wishes . Thank you very much for the wonderful holidays. I refrain from uploading the photos .. everything is already shown.

Lovely b and b in the Mosel valley.

Lovely, boutique hotel in a peaceful village near the characterful town of Cochem. Attentive and efficient host.Superb breakfast and very clean and comfortable rooms. Makes a great base to explore the surrounding Mosel and Rhineland-Palatinate area.

Stop over

Such a lovely hotel 500 years old. Rooms large bed comfy, staff friendly, lovely breakfast. Had a nice walk around back of village about 4km with lovely views dog friendly. Recommend to reserve a meal if you intend eating out
