Reasonable hotel a few kms from town

The hotel is in Sockhousen, a few kms from the Eisenach city centre. I had a spacious room with a big bathroom. Furniture was modern. Everything was clean. The bathroom had a bath, i more prefer a shower, showering in the bath was a bit impractical as there was no mount for the shower head. For those interested, the room had a flat screen television with a wide selection of channels. The room had roll-down shutters, helped very good to keep the room dark at night. Wifi available and good. Continental breakfast was sufficient. There is a restaurant on site that offers simple unimpressive meals. On Sunday the restaurant is closed. For dinner you will have to go to Eisenach. There is a small car park behind the hotel. The hotel is in a 30 km zone with a speed camera.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Diese Pension hat geräumige Zimmer und Bad. Sauberkeit war top. Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig und garantieren einen erholsamen Schlaf (auch bei offenem Fenster). Frühstück war reichlich und qualitativ sehr gut. Das sehr freundliche Servicepersonal rundet den Aufenthalt ab. Fazit: Gute Leistungen für einen vernünftigen Preis.

gemütlich, sauber, preiswert

Es gibt zum Hotel an der Linde eigentlich nicht allzuviel zu schreiben - Der Empfang war freundlich und 'bürgernah', die Zimmer geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine angenehme und erholsame Übernachtung braucht. Die Aussicht ist unaufdringlich, aber in Ordnung. Das Bad ist sauber und geräumig. In der angegliederten Gaststätte hat man die Gelegenheit, unkompliziert eine schmackhafte und gut bürgerliche Mahlzeit einzunehmen und die Betreiber sind jederzeit darum bemüht, dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Und dies mit Erfolg. Wir haben die Zeit in Eisenach genossen und wählen beim nächsten Mal garantiert wieder das Haus an der Linde
