Honest.

State-of-the-art facility; everything opens via an app, including doors and rooms, etc.
Good quality room; pillows are not good for Italians but are standard for Germany.
Excellent mattresses.
Excellent sleep quality, no noise.
Small but functional and clean bathroom.
Would return only for business.
Good overall structure.
Lack of friendliness.
Breakfast not purchased.

Clean and modern/new. No personnel and completely digital. Boring environment but conveniently close to autobahn.
Rating is reduced due to complete lack of AC and fan; there was essentially no ventilation which made the room very hot and almost impossible to sleep in.

Well the hotel is nice but the staff is very unhelpful....They do not even bother to read messages, notifications, emials etc. And they send you all in german language while people come from english countries...

No staff, couldn't get the check in to work and the AI said no one was available, please call back later. Meanwhile, we're standing at the door with all our luggage. Fun concept, but i want a human at the desk

The check in with no humans was terrible! Mis-information and wrong room which is hard to resolve with no humans around!
