good price, good room

Pleasant stay, everything was perfect, I am completely satisfied and it is very advantageous that the restaurant downstairs invites you to visit. The price-performance ratio is very good (booked via booking.com) Friendly staff and sufficient breakfast

Very successful stay

Despite the high level of sickness, the staff were very friendly, good value for money, high flexibility as there were no cancellation fees, very nice location in the old town, some of us ate in the restaurant on all three evenings as it was very tasty. Something we had forgotten was immediately looked for and sent to us, thank you very much for that. The only comment: the heating system did not seem to allow the temperatures in the rooms to be regulated individually.

3 nights to do beer walks

We stayed as it was a central location for a couple of beer hikes.
First thing that's clear is public transport in the area is limited and not particularly reliable. If you have a car clearly all good though.
Our room was light ,well cleaned and surprisingly nice for the price point. The breakfast excellent and the owner and staff very friendly. For the price I can really recommend it. Good budget hote and I'm sure we'd stay there again if we were in the area.
Only slight grumble is the wifi didn't work in the room. Had to go down into the restaurant for it to work. I suspect it would work in rooms on the first floor.
The Thai restaurant they also run was pretty good too. Well worth a meal there once you've had enough Schäufele at Frankonian restaurants.

Small room, great breakfast

Ebermanstadt, nice place to visit. Hotel Sonne is direct on the square. It is nice older building.
Rooms are simply furnitured, all is perfect clean. For me was the room a bit small, especially bathroom. In comparison with sailor hotels (for example in Copenhagen, HolidayInn) there is plenty of space. Bed for me is a bit weak, but good inspiration for walk before breakfast.
Breakfast is great, served perfect in nice restaurant with smile.

Friendly, well located and equipped hotel for an overnight stay

We stayed at this nice hotel with very friendly staff for one night. Got a quiet room on upper floors with good wifi connection and a well tasting breakfast. We were recommended to have abendessen at Schwanenbräu restaurant opposite on the street. Excellent dinner with outstanding home made beer.
