В целом очень приятно

Мы (2 пары и 1 пёс) остановились в этом доме на две ночи.
Всё было прекрасно.
2 отдельные спальни, огромная гостиная с диваном, креслами и телевизоров. Просторная кухня, на которой было всё, что нужно (плита, чайник, холодильник, посудомойка). Санузел просторный, совмещенный. Есть и душевая кабина, и ванная.
В нашем номере/апартаментах был wifi, хоть и с низкой скоростью.
Бесплатная парковка на пару машин.

very rotten furniture, some broken, a lot of dirt

Apartment 2 had enough space for 3 people and you could make yourself comfortable. Unfortunately, that was all about the positive aspects. The furniture was not only old, but also very worn and defective. The kitchen needs a major overhaul very badly; actually the entire apartment, but the kitchen was particularly bad (disgusting surfaces, cupboards, in the fridge was no clipboard, no curtains, blinds broken...). Mold in the bathroom (shower). Broken slatted frame (we noticed that when my husband absolutely could not sleep because the mattress sagged). A large part of the corner strips were missing, leaving the underlying pipes exposed. The broken strips were next to it. In the corners or behind small furniture (e.g. bedside cabinet) was tons of dust. The bedside lamps had no shade. Nothing was lovingly prepared. Torn waxcloth blanket on the kitchen table, the only tea towel was full of holes. The only thing that seemed to be renewed were the bathtub and sink. I can understand that such a renovation costs a lot of money, but renting an apartment in this state to guests who want to treat themselves to a short break in Dresden is more than an imposition.

A Good Option

If you have a car or care to take the nearby train into the city, this is a reasonable, budget friendly choice.
The property is situated in a residential neighborhood, high up on a hill, with pretty views.
The owner is very accommodating and friendly.
The price for a two bedroom apartment was very reasonable; however the furnishing were somewhat dated.

Unhaltbare Zustände!

Katastrophale Ferienwohnung, wir hatten die Wohnung Dresden 1. Die Möbel sind allesamt in Sperrmüllqualität, die Polster sind verschmutzt, die Wohnung absolut dreckig und lieblos zusammen gebastelt. Die Betten in der Wohnung waren ekelhaft, vom Bad mit schimmeligen Fugen und verschmutzten Fliesen ganz zu schweigen. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen, der Vermieter war zu keiner Stellungsname bereit. Menschen die in der Region Urlaub machen eine derart desaströse Unterkunft zu vermieten grenzt an Betrug.

Apartament

Apartament położony w pewnym oddaleniu od centrum (dojazd autem ok. 20 min.). Możliwość dojazdu s-bahn (kursuje ok. 1h na godzinę) lub autobusem (kursuje co ok. 20 min.). Apartament duży, dobrze wyposażony, choć wymagający przy tym odświeżenia. Jedna sypialnia jest pokojem przechodnim do łazienki, co jest pewnym minusem. Miejsca parkingowe na ulicy (mała, zamknięta uliczka, w cichej, spokojnej okolicy). Gospodarz bardzo otwarty - nie było problemu z kontaktem i ustaleniami.
