Nice business hotel

Nice business hotel in Halle, a little away from the center. Parking is free and plentiful. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are modernized and suitable for a few days' stay. Desk is very small. WiFi is free and sufficient. Sleeping comfort was good. Unfortunately, bathrooms only have a shower with a shower curtain. Breakfast buffet was OK and sufficient, but not above the expected standard.

Never again!

The hotel is located in a very busy industrial area. There is no connection to public transportation. The reception was very friendly as was the staff. Upon entering the room, one is greeted by a very dirty and run-down room. Electrical outlets are loose, the corners of the floor are not vacuumed, the shower and toilet are dirty, and the bed is worn out. A bar and a rooftop terrace are offered; however, the terrace is only open from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the bar staff was never seen. For breakfast, one receives baked rolls from the supermarket, and there is no inquiry about coffee variations or egg dishes. The positive aspect was the smooth check-out process.

Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. I then sat in the reception until around 3.15pm when the manager/owner arrived. The room was clean and tidy, but rather dated For over £100 per night I would expect better to be honest. Check out was at 10am, and I overslept- but bearing in mind that there are 5 hours between check out and check in, and the hotel was very quiet, it came as quite a shock when the water was shut off at 10am on the dot, whilst I was in the shower!

Gute Lage des Hotels, freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Manche zimmer sind im zweiten Stock und die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Auch im Bad ist kein Lüfter. Im Sommer könnte es somit etwas wärmer werden im Zimmer

Saubere Zimmer, ruhige Lage. Für einen Kurzaufenhalt völlig in Ordnung.
Sehr freundliches Rezeptionspersonal. Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut sauber.
