Good, functional hotel at a fair price.

I spent one night here while passing through and was not disappointed. The location, relatively close to the highway, makes the arrival convenient. You can park either in the yard (for an additional fee) or on the street. The reception was friendly and attentive, and my room was relatively new, adequately sized, and clean.
I cannot evaluate the breakfast.
I will definitely come back!

Worst hotel in Cologne and Germany

Worst hotel experience ever booked in on line and then told we had no room and no room booked anywhere for us avoid this hotel they are faceless and very incompetent at running a business let alone a hotel

Avoid Avoid Avoid drove over three hours to visit Cologne had booked this hotel i confirmed our arrival time early morning for the afternoon got a message to say that was fine then received a message to say our booking had been moved to another hotel when we arrived at the other hotel they had no booking for us tried contacting Select Hotel got no reply had to book another hotel an 1 away from Cologne really upsetting our plans plus we had to pay more very unhappy with the service

Good stay

Good value for money, located where I needed to be, breakfast included in the price, but very limited choice, no hot food.
Overall a good stay, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet,no smells.
Easy to check in/out Friendly and helpful staff at reception.

We would love to come back

We booked the hotel as part of a city break. Contrary to recent bad reviews, we were greeted very friendly at reception. The check-in was quick. The room on the ground floor was clean, the bed quasi new, just like the bedding. The seating appealing. The carpet and doors should still be replaced. The bathroom was renovated with double sink and bathtub with shower. The glass partition. TV, hair dryer, hot water boiler etc. top. Breakfast was simple and good.
