Friendly and clean

Actually everything was great, mega breakfast buffet, nothing left to be desired. We were very satisfied, except for the fact that the restaurant and the bar were closed during our booking period for vacation reasons, and that was not mentioned in advance.
We found that a bit disappointing.

Ideal hotel for a visit to Cologne

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with air conditioning, an underground parking garage, and an excellent breakfast.
The ideal base for excursions in Cologne on the right bank of the Rhine!

I'm convinced!

The location is quite uncomfortable for women traveling alone, especially if you want to go out again in the evening. Through the lime, no problem, but after that it got creepy. The hotel is not to blame, but I would have found a general note nice that the route recommended by Google Maps across the square does not have to be taken, but that you can also easily reach the hotel with a safer feeling along the street. It is lonely enough as it is.
All of this only applies if you are arriving by public transport. By car, it is convenient to the parking lot :)

Short vacation because of contractors in the house

I was here for two nights while my bathroom was being renovated at home. I was completely satisfied: friendly staff, great room, and an excellent breakfast. The location near Cologne-Kalk is also ideal, as all important public transport connections are quickly accessible. Clear recommendation!

Big disappointment!

We were at this hotel for the 2nd time and had booked it again in May. The first negative thing was that we were supposed to pay €30! because we were already on-site at 2 PM???? Furthermore, the terrace could not be used after breakfast because of the restaurant's company holidays!?!?!? In the high season?? In May, no attention was drawn to this- supposedly it wasn't known yet then? You can't believe that- we definitely wouldn't have booked then! Thus, one could not stay anywhere in or at the hotel except in the room! For us, this was a very negative and annoying aspect, and for this reason, we would not come to this hotel again! A real shame!
