A charming and quirky hotel —themed like a Tirolian mountain hut— right across the rail station. Staff is friendly snd helpful, Bremen is right on your doorstep. The station square is a bit rough, but nothing to worry about.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The staff was helpful and nice. I liked the balcony view too . But there was no air cond in the room and we had to open the window. At nighttime, there were flies coming in the room.

Excellent option near station.

I stayed in Bremen only one night, so I chose a hotel near station. Edel Weiss was an excellent choice. I had a room with windows to the back and it was really quiet despite the central location.
My single room was not bit but it was enough for one person. Clean, modern style and functional. Although the lobby area has a special style, my room was rather boring.
The walls were rather thin, so there were some noises from the neighbouring room, nut not too bad.
Generally, it was good value for a short stay.

The Edelweiss Hotel was only 60 metres across the square to the front of Bremen Hauptbahnhof station, which was my main concern as I was travelling around mainland Europe on Interrail, staying just one night in each location.
There was an Irish bar just around the corner, and it was about ten minutes' walk to some decent restaurants.
Price was reasonable, although I didn't choose the breakfast as I felt that was a little pricey - perhaps a mistake as there was a decent café at the railway station.

Breakfast was authentic German, and very complete options. The adjoining restaurant was a wonderful bonus.
