Clean, neat, and ideal location

Really German hotel, clean and tidy, basic room, breakfast, and bathroom. Private parking where you, in our case, could place the motorcycles fine. Small but cozy restaurant with fine schnitzels and tasty bitburgers. Cabinet at the reception with various drinks that are settled on trust, very comfortable feeling gives that and says a lot about the German hospitality. Bitburg really has everything you need and is an ideal base for beautiful motorcycle routes in the Eifel, Volcano Eifel, and Luxemburg. We are very happy with this hotel.

The staff was kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The parking lot was behind the hotel but had plenty of parking. The overall experience was great!

Good hotel in a convenient location for the town. Traditional furnishings but room was perfectly fine. Good breakfast. We were able to park our motorcycle within the rear courtyard.
Slight negative is that the front entrance to the hotel is not in use and access is via the rear door. It took us a while to discover this as you have to drive through a public car park to reach the entrance. Overall a decent hotel with pleasant staff.

The information from the hotel about my late arrival was very clear and helpful. The staff at breakfast and checkout very friendly. The facilities do need an overhaul, the hotel is clearly outdated and needs a facelift. My room was facing the street and it was too noisy to sleep with the window open. It was warm and there was a quaint odor in the room, which made it difficult to sleep with the window closed.
