Great Stay
The room was big, clean, quiet and had extremely comfortable beds. They even provided portable air-conditioning which was great as the weather was hot.
Lobby entrance is awesome plenty of places to sit and they even had a tea and coffee making station.
They also provide lockers for storing your luggage and a laundry room which has everything you need.
Location is great plenty of great restaurants just outside or within walking distance.
Great for adults or teenagers but I wouldn't recommend this area for young kids. It's not really a family oriented area.

Fresh and clean rooms. Larger than anticipated. Good blackout. Very comfortable bed. No worries at all on site. Was concerned about noise given the reviews but honestly had no noise except for when people are hanging out in the hallway (which is the case everywhere pretty much and how often do people hang there???).
Easy check in. I didn’t initially get the necessary code but had a quick reply and swift fix from the hotel.
Was a great stay and would definitely go to the same hotel when visiting Berlin again.

Super location - not perfect but good enough for the price
The location is fantastic and we slept well. Check-in worked perfectly at the personless hotel.
The coffee tasted muddy - I guess the nasopressor needed a serous cleaning. The first time I used the electric kettle (to make an instant coffee) it flowed over and there was boiling water all over. However, this was something that only happened once. After that it worked normally. Maybe it wasn't rinsed after decalation?
Breakfast isn't worth the money. There are many good options right nearby. Use them instead

Great location and well equipped apartment
The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We booked a large studio. Was nicely presented too. Overall it was very quiet and we barely saw another person. The only downside was noise from other apartments. The first night we were awoken at 2.30 by someone being sick loudly in a nearby apartment for an hour. And the 3rd night we had people stomping around upstairs at 11.30. Otherwise good though. Communication was great and I would stay in a Numa apartment again
