The hotel's automated check in nearly failed me catastrophically. I was never sent the checkin details promised over WhatApp. When I tried to contact the hotel (at midday) all I could reach was an AI bot that was unable to find my reservation and that couldn't give me contact information for the hotel. The phone number listed wasn't useful either -- I tried it and never got past the automated menu.
So I went to the hotel to check in and found 3 other guests, all failing to get in. The keycards weren't working...we only got in because another guest inside opened the door for us.
Also, the automated check-in process seems really insecure with some pretty obvious vulnerabilities.

There was time schedule for opening time in the reception. But many times it was closed.

Total disaster

Total disaster:
No parking, no parking nearby, no manned reception, cumbersome check-in and key collection.
The supposed room for 2 people is similar in size to a karnickel barn and in the very small bathroom it smells strongly of urine/sewage.
Never again.
