Generator Stay

Overall stay was great - staff were friendly, very good value for money. I stayed in a pod room where I had benefited from 20% off promotion when booking. Upon arrival, I was surprised with being upgraded to free breakfast and free late checkout. The bartenders were funny and created a great atmosphere. As a solo woman traveller, I felt safe overall but I do wish that the pods would somehow lock, at least from the inside. I would definitely stay again as it was affordable and comfortable.

Amazing

I am only writing this review because of the excellent service provided by João. He is the best person I’ve met so far working in a hostel. He definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. Always attentive and kind. Joao gets a 1000/10 rating.

good experience

Had a great stay at this hostel in Berlin! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, the facilities were clean, and the location was really convenient for exploring the city. The staff were also very helpful and made the stay even better. Special mention to Leo, who was a great barman and really added to the atmosphere at the hostel. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

It was great

I had a really positive experience at Generator Berlin. The hostel has a great atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Berlin and get around using public transport. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the common areas had a lively and social atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Generator Berlin to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Berlin. Leo was great aswell.
