Short business visit

Small family hotel, well kept and extremely clean, large room with large bathroom. The hotel has no restaurant but it caters for breakfast at a reasonable price and quality. Restaurant available nearby ( 500 mts ).

Good price-performance ratio, good breakfast

Check-in somewhat cumbersome and very limited in terms of time;
We were not on vacation, but rather stayed there because of train construction noise on the S-Bahn line Köpenick/Hirschgarten. The room was just sufficient at 16sqm, but the bathroom was tiny, so that one touched the shower wall with one's knees while on the toilet. The most unpleasant thing, however, was that I had to dust everything beforehand, which was lying millimeters thick in places not immediately visible, such as on the refrigerator, behind the TV, on all edges and moldings, on the bed frame and in the open shelves, the towel radiator, as well as the dried flower arrangements from the winter period. Also, the promised insect screens were dirty and only one of two was halfway properly attached. It was nice that I was allowed to use the fan, but this too was completely dusty on the inside.
The breakfast was okay, everything was there and tidy. They had even provided oat drink. In the room facing the back, you also hardly heard any street noise. Thank you for letting me park my e-bike in the room.
For the price including breakfast, it was okay. Anyone who usually books 8++ should look for something else.

Very nice hotel, they just do not speak English.

It is a tiny structure about 10 minutes far from the underground. The hotel room was nice and clean, the staff I think it was nice, but it's quite difficult to say, because they just did not speak English. In any possible way. We managed to communicate using gestures and a bit of Italian. It was funny indeed. Recommended for a nice and clean stay a bit outside from the city centre.

Good breakfast,comfortable bed, cozy room, adjustable heating.
WI-FI does not work - a weak signal and lost all the time in the room and the dining room
