Worst experience ever !

I travel a lot. I've never seen anything like it! You just weren't there, I couldn't get a key anywhere. I tried calling no one picks up. I left a message, no feedback. I wrote WhatsApp without reply ! Then I called helpline at Booking.com - the whole procedure took almost 3h - well understood in Berlin it is minus 5 degrees at the moment. Absolutely unacceptable. Now I can wait for my return! REALLY ATTENTION TO ALL WHO WANT TO BOOK THIS.

We did not get the check-in information so that, even after many messages/phones/mails, we could not enter. We had to make another reservation from the street.

Nice apartment

Pros: the apartment is large and well arranged with storage, however no dishes if you want to dine at the apartment too bad
And deplorable welcome, no one to refer you, when to housekeepers they are bordering on the unpleasant..teach them to respect people a little. They don't speak a word of English but you can understand in the tone of their voice their disrespect

Great location

Good central location, nice beds and very quiet and clean. I spent a few days in a room behind the apartment building, rooms adapted for people with disabilities. There is no requirement, anyone can book this. Very spacious but also very basic. Somewhat unpleasant, there is no reception. Everything is done via email and keycard via lockers on the wall.
But what was in the room was completely fine. Curtains didn't close completely so if I wanted privacy I always had to lower the shutters. It immediately felt like a bunker. Right in front of my door there are vans with workmen all day long, in the evening together with a bottle of beer. Not a real bother but not really chill either. All in all a great place, but as a single woman I would not book this again.
