Nice hotel which a great view.
Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy.
The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited).
Also, the bar wasn’t open.
In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area.

Time-out in the Black Forest

Nice hotel. Unfortunately too far away from the train station / bus station. Without air conditioning. Nice staff, good food, beautiful view. Price-performance ratio unfortunately only sufficient for me under these circumstances. Not recommended for older people who are not very mobile.

It was fine. We didn't use any of the spa services. When we went for dinner despite the restaurant being half-empty we were initially turned away; and subsequently served under what felt like duress. The bar was closed, which was disappointing

Very satisfied with the hotel and especially with the organic quality food. Very beautiful area, with many hiking opportunities.

Beautiful hotel in a good location

The hotel has a fantastic view. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and cozy, even in the lower category. The staff is very accommodating. For example, the sauna was turned on earlier for us upon request, or a hot chocolate was brought to us extra at breakfast. The receptionists were also consistently friendly and pleasant to deal with. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back.
