Niiiiiie again
Unfortunately, you can't award 0 or minus stars, even the 1 star is too much.
Unfortunately not recommended. It disgusts one already in the backyard
Then it's on to the room. Booked was a room with EN-Suite bathroom.
Unfortunately I received a room with shared bathroom/WC.
In the toilet was a feces trail, the faucet shakes, there is no toilet paper.
In the common room it stinks, the table is dirty
You'd better not sit on the chairs in the room.
Bell at the reception does not answer, no one answers the phone and cell phone.
After contacting the hotel by email, someone finally reacts and aaaallegedly it's a misunderstanding, money is refunded, now suddenly it's about the booking page it could not be reached an agreement.
Absolute cheekiness that pays twice, for quality that isn't even half value.

I was given a card key pass.
I entered the card pass, but the key was not in the card box.
I was unable to check in and tried to contact the hotel but was unable to get through.
My money has been stolen.
Please refund me.

Don't book!
I did NOT receive a PIN to enter, at 4.30pm no one was there to open me, no one answered the phone of the given number and I had already paid.
An outrage and I now had to stay in another hotel with extra costs!

Booked since it was across the street from a venue where I was going to see a show. That was probably the best thing about this stay, proximity to the venue.
Customer Service? Non-existent. Power went out 2x, reached out via text and phone and no response - still! They claim limited availability for assistance but I NEVER saw anyone in the 2 days I was there.
The neighborhood is very seedy, homeless people bothering you for money and drunks/addicts staring you down all around the bus & train stations across the street - just a general feeling of not being safe if you wanted to go out at night.
Toilet paper ran out both days, no paper towels/hand towels in the bathroom - basically they collect your money and you're on your own, regardless of how the stay is going.
If you need to reach them and communicate an issue, don't bother because they don't reply (there was another guest who was getting angry because he couldn't reach them either, wasn't just me). They clearly don't care about anything except taking your money.

Do not book at all!
Absolutely correct what the others here write. 0 or minus 5 stars would be appropriate here! Definitely not book if you really need accommodation! We had booked, including a written booking confirmation by email.
When we arrived at 18:00, the reception was unoccupied, although it is supposed to be occupied until 18:30. Not until the 5th or 6th. Attempt answered someone who allegedly did not know our booking, despite reservation number. They are fully booked and he can't do anything...
We then had to spontaneously book another accommodation, which cost a total of only 5,- € per night more (B&B Augsburg Nord - highly recommended). In the B&B it was clean, the receptionist extremely friendly as well as very helpful and the room absolutely ok!
What you definitely can't say about the Slamba Hostel! There it was obviously dirty and quite creepy in the backyard and the staff on the phone everything but not helpful. Nobody really needs that! In the end, we are more than happy that we didn't have to sleep in this run-down place called Slamba Hostel! Avoid this accommodation if you want to do yourself a favor!
