Für Kurzaufenthalt Perfekt

Dieses Hotel ist sehr begehrt bei Radsportlern hatte ich so den Eindruck, da der Ruhrtalradweg in der Nähe ist. Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier. Freitag bis Sonntag. Ein sehr sauberes Hotel muss man ganz klar sagen. Ein Hotel wo man mal vorübergehend für eins zwei Nächte einchecken kann. Verlängertes Wochenende oder zur Durchreise. Einen längeren Aufenthalt / Urlaub könnte ich Persönlich mir da jetzt nicht vorstellen. Frühstück, soweit alles da, aber schon sehr übersichtlich. Hungern muss man aber nicht.
Ich habe eigentlich nur einen Kritik Punkt:
Einer der Speiseräume wird auch als Aufenthaltszimmer angeboten wo man kalte Getränke, Kaffee oder Tee finden soll. Natürlich gegen Bezahlung. Leider war von Freitag bis Samstag dort außer Ottinger Weizen nichts weiter im Kühlschrank angeboten. Es gab nur Listen was es geben sollte und was es kosten würde. Fand ich sehr Schade und habe bereut das ich meine Kaffeemaschine nicht dabei hatte.

Not in winter.

Hotel is clean but we were in the old building there was no heating in the bathroom, we froze to death unfortunately in January. Service friendly and breakfast fine for the price. Next door is a restaurant where there is good food. The hotel has many parking spaces.

Unacceptable!

The room size is OK. The doors to the bathroom and toilet are only about 40cm wide. The shower smelled like something had died a long time ago. You have to have long legs to use the toilet.
The bed was saggy.
The breakfast was OK.
Unfortunately there were discrepancies when checking out and the lady of the house made untruths. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable and I cannot recommend this establishment!

Incredible dismay

It is clearly a dump. Both the beds and the bathroom were unacceptable. I have never had such a bad breakfast in my entire life. On top of that, there was no staff at all or, if there was any, they were incredibly unfriendly.

Hotel Zur Post is een middelklas hotel die geschikt is voor een nachtje als tussenstop te gebruiken. De kamer en badkamer/wc waren netjes en schoon. Er waren helaas ook een paar minpuntjes. Bij aankomst in het hotel rond 16.30 uur was de receptie gesloten en met dank aan een passant die ook in het hotel verbleef de sleutel gevonden. Deze lag in de centrale hal in een postbakje in een envelop met je naam en kamernummer erop. We bleken een kamer op de 2e etage te hebben en er was geen lift, dus oudere en minder goed ter been zijn gasten moeten bij het boeken hier wel rekening mee houden. Er was in het hotel niets te eten of te drinken te krijgen dus daarvoor waren we aangewezen op de directe omgeving van het hotel. Helaas was in de directe omgeving niets te vinden dus met de auto naar het centrum van Arnsberg gereden waar bleek dan, aangezien het maandag was, vrijwel alle eetgelegenheden gesloten waren. Gelukkig toch nog iets gevonden waar we perfect hebben kunnen eten. Een rustige nacht in het hotel en de volgende ochtend na een Coronaproof ontbijt, wat toch prima verzorgd was, door gegaan naar onze eindbestemming. Een alleszins acceptabel hotel waar de waardering gedrukt wordt door de niet bezette receptie en het niet open zijn van het restaurant cq cafe gedeelte.
