Super family holiday for four in a lodge.

We were there for 5 days at short notice and didn't want to leave at all. We stayed in one of the 6 lodges for up to 4 people. Each lodge is equipped with a bathroom, large living room, bedroom and private terrace. In addition, there is a small fridge in the living room. The breakfast was rich and the stuffed croissants were great. The highlight of each day was the evening half board with 3-course menu of your choice. There were 2 starters, 3 main courses and 1 desert of your choice. Every day with changing dishes. For people who like it quiet super suitable, as the hotel is located directly on a road, but which is hardly traveled and the nearest places are each about 1km away. Clear recommendation from us!

Decent hotel in a great location with plenty of parking and nice walks. However it was badly let down by the immature evening reception and restaurant staff. The morning staff were far more efficient and professional

A Beautiful and Hidden Gem

We stayed to break up a drive from Berlin to Rhine valley. My husband and I stayed in the main building. It is situated on a small lake that has lots of activities in the summer and just beautiful in the fall. The lake has a main path around it with multiple trails to bike, walk or run. Younes made us at home helping us out with electronics and translating the menu-making our trip perfect. The food was the best of Germany. The room was incredible with great beds and baths (heated towels and all). I definitely recommend this place and a shout out to Younes who really took care of us!!!

Very friendly personel, delicioys food, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful location, plenty of parking spots, etc. I was there on business trip for 4 nights and had a wonderful relaxing time.

We stayed at a lodge. In the lodge the heat in the floor was broken. So when we entered the room at about 9 o’clock in the evening the temperature in the room was about 40 degrees Celsius. We called the reception and one of the employees came. He said that the heat was broken. They didn’t have any spare rooms though so we had to sleep in it anyway.
Me, my wife and our two kids who are 7 and 12 then had to spend the night in a room of 40 degrees. As a result, we practically didn’t sleep at all. We were just soaked in sweat.
The next day when we checked out I told the staff about the experience and they offered me a 30 euro discount. I thought they were joking but they weren’t.
These people are not just amateurs (at managing hotels), they are also very cynical.
I am writing this the day after the stay where we are in Wolfsburg on the last day of our trip. My youngest boy just had a horrible restaurant experience because he is so tired from not sleeping yesterday.
I would advise anyone to stay away from this hotel.
