Strategically located in Tbilisi's historical centre

The property is well maintained and cozy, practically 3 minutes walk from the Peace Bridge and most of Tbilisi's tourist attractions.
Some rooms also have a balcony available.
I arrived mid-morning but the room was given to me as per the check-in time of 2.00 pm (I could leave my luggage).
I was given a single bed room with balcony.
The room very clean although never redone in my 3 day stay.
There is no wardrobe but 3 wall hangers
Minibar bar with drinks for a fee.
A kettle is available for water with 1 coffee bag + 1 tea bag + 2 sugar bags
New bathroom with walk-in shower
Appreciated and comfortable balcony furnished with table and two chairs.
Laundry available even if they make everything unironed
Basic breakfast
Friendly but unempathetic staff with guests
10 for the extraordinary location

Excellent,comfortable location in the old town,tasty homemade breakfasts,woman cooks just amazing,service is lovely,at reception are always ready to help.Great attitude to vacationers.Recommend visiting.Had a great vacation

Great stay at Old Side Corner

I had a wonderful experience at Old Side Corner Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a cozy, vintage charm. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being close to local attractions. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the complimentary breakfast. Overall, a great place for a relaxing stay – I highly recommend it!

Tblisi is phenomenal tourist location

Perfect location in a quiet street but within a minute of Tblisi's best nightlife. The staff make this place. Sandro speaks excellent English and goes out of his way to help. Left my bag with hotel before getting overnight sleeper to Yerevan
