Spectacular. This place can never be matched.
Nothing will ever top this. The views, the sea, the pool, the service. It’s just perfection. 24/7 chat via the app attending to your every need. The pool staff are something else - remember your names from day one, know what you want, when you want in. We loved nearly all the food - the chicken wings by the pool and maki in the Japanese restaurant were particular favourites. The manager in the Fare Hoa, the food and beverage manager the front of house staff - all 10/10. The rose wine was surprisingly well priced! They make everyone feel like a VIP from start to finish. I will never ever get over this trip. It was magical, incredible, & the 8 nights we spent here can never be matched. I feel like this review has nothing useful in it to be honest. If I tried to give actual feedback or point out flaws I would just be nit picking and searching for things that just aren’t really there. Thank you Four Seasons for a spectacular stay that frankly altered my brain chemistry! I am certain we will be back.

A warm welcome and unforgettable experience in paradise
From the moment we arrived at Bora Bora Airport where we were met by a hotel agent and taken by private boat we understood that the experience would be of a whole new level than any other luxury hotel we had known.
From start to finish the staff were warm and welcoming—the service was personalized, our names were remembered every day in restaurants. I particularly want to salute Jeanne from Faré Hoa restaurant and the restaurant manager who took time to talk every day. Our last day, Jeanne gave a small gift of beautiful shells to our 7 year old son. His kindness really touched us and we keep a very good memory of the staff.
With more than 20 hectares, it is impossible to get bored on the resort. Of course there is the beach and swimming pool, and one can jump into the turquoise lagoon from the stilted bungalow, but in addition to that there are beautiful steps in a flowery setting with lush vegetation. I particularly enjoyed the Lagoonarium with its thousands of colorful fish! We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddles available. We could easily take our 10,000 steps a day! Also, the Polynesian show on Friday night was great! Our son loves the interactive side and being able to learn dances.
We are frequent travelers with high status at several hotel groups (IHG, Accor), but the beauty of Four Seasons hotels is that they do not have a loyalty program—absolutely all guests are welcomed with a high level of professionalism and personalization.
This trip to French Polynesia was a dream come true and the Four Seasons made it perfect and unforgettable!

Bora Bora is so beautiful that don´t deserve a minor Experience.. second time we stay in Four Seasons Bora Bora... real excellence in every detail... Hugo and Marine ( our wedding planner ) made averything perfect !!! Thank you so much!!

Property, staff and rooms are amazing…as are the crystal blue & turquoise water and the mountain view Food variety and quality were not up to the standard Four Seasons quality we’re accustomed to sadly.

We went for our honeymoon and this resort was absolutely incredible. Everything from the transportation at the airport to the resort to the overwater bungalow was amazing. Definitely book reservations prior to going. The food was amazing! The breakfast that comes with your stay was excellent and so were the restaurants. Through the app you can have constant communication with the staff and because the resort is quite large they will pick you up in a golf cart and bring you to and from anywhere on property. The Polynesian dinner does fill fast so reserve that ahead of time too. If you’re wanting a romantic couples massage experience request the glass floor room. It was amazing getting to look down and watch all of the fish while you are getting a massage. The kayaks and paddle boards are free to use whenever and there is concierge to help book excursions. The bungalows were absolutely incredible! 10/10 recommend and we seriously can’t wait to go back again
