Great breakfast , excellent host , rooms have air con , there is a swimming pool on the roof with great views of surrounding area , great place to stay to visit the chateaux & vineyards

Beware

BEWARE! This hotel has a room that is literally located inside the cave, which is not advised on major booking sites, where this room is simply advertised as the “triple room”. Most importantly, the cave is leaking and exposed right above the bed creating health hazard. The room feels damp and has a heavy smell of mold. With the hotel only having 5 rooms on property you have 20 % chance to be checked in to that room, especially in the busy season, so think twice!

Fantastic stay – highly recommended!
A truly fantastic place with a spectacular view from the pool! We stayed here in the summer when it was 36 degrees, so having a pool was a huge plus.
The property consists of genuine 16th-century buildings, and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local vineyards and dinner restaurant. It is also within short walking distance to both the village center and nearby vineyards.
Secure parking in the courtyard was another great bonus. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time at our stay here! The sweet couple who owns the property was very helpful and friendly! We were there with our daughter and had a room that accommodated all of us together. Such a unique property and cute town with easy access to all of the local chateaux!
