Lovely location, family room was spacious, perfect as a stop on way to mountains. Restaurant was not great - food very basic and service very slow but all fine.

Our second visit to this hotel but unfortunately hotel devoid of and visitors so isolated in a big cold hotel .i guess short manned due to lack of customers . The location and building is amazing .we just picked the wrong time of year

Choose a castle instead

We wanted to try staying at a castle outbuilding and the results were mixed. There's nothing wrong the Dependences, but there's nothing magical either. Our room was small, unspectacular, and lacked character, not what you're looking for in a "castle" stay. From now on, we'll probably either buck it up and pay to sleep in a castle or skip it and stay elsewhere. The complex here is nice with a pond, garden, restaurant, gym, and, oh, yeah, a castle. It's just kind of a bummer to not stay in the chateau.

A little disappointed

Good morning,
The castle grounds are magnificent but not very well maintained.
The suite was designed for 6 while there were only 4 of us, so it was very crowded and not much space, the bathroom was not great! And the electric shutter didn't work so we woke up at dawn!
Breakfast: too expensive compared to what was offered! No possibility of having an omelette or boiled eggs!
The rotisserie: quickly take a look at the menu!
The director squats the Tesla electrical terminal normally reserved for customers.
The spa: very pleasant and competent staff

We stayed in the hotel for one night on our way to the south of France. Were already very tired but check-in went quick and we could rest in the room. We could not unfortunately use swimming pool for the reason there was a dinner at the restaurant which is located very close to swimming pool which I found a bit strange that you can not use promised facility. Family room was clean, cozy, with conditioning, plenty of towels. We booked breakfast but had t pay 23 EUR instead of 18 indicated on the site. When I asked personnel who served a breakfast nobody could explain in decent English why the cost is different.
