It was an okay hotel. The air conditioning worked well, and the pool was nice. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, which made it a convenient overnight stop while travelling.
The staff could have been more informative and proactive. On several occasions, we had to ask ourselves about things like Wi-Fi access and parking instead of being given the information upon arrival. Overall, it is a decent mid-range hotel.

Overall very good

This is the fifth time I have stayed at your hotel, where I have always been welcomed with great kindness. My last visit took place from June 28 to June 29, 2026.
However, I would like to share two comments with you.
1. The chairs in front of the bar The recent change in furniture disappointed me a bit: the new chairs are less comfortable and offer little privacy, making the space less enjoyable than before.
2. The seating during dinner Being alone for the 7:30 PM meal, a staff member — probably a manager — asked me to follow him and seated me at a long table near the drink refrigerators, facing a tiled wall. I saw nothing but this wall. Eating alone should not be experienced as a punishment; however, I spent my entire dinner facing the wall, which was quite unpleasant.
Acknowledgments I would like to thank and congratulate Marine for her kindness, seriousness, and the remarkable quality of her service. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to their work. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about all the staff.

Budget Hotel.

We travelled as part of a Joe Walsh tour and we stayed there one night. Dinner was chicken with a starter with desert which was all that was on offer. Beds were fine. Room a bit small. Breakfast was continental style which was ok.

Clean, modern basic rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent location, not far from the centre of Valence.

Easy to find and well-located, just a short bus ride from city centre and railway station. The room was basic and on the smaller side, but had a large, comfortable bed. I really liked their firm pillows. There was a round table and chair in the room, a small closet space, phone and television. The room was clean but there aren't really any other amenities. Bathroom OK with shower, toilet, large mirror. I would describe this hotel as budget accommodation and would say that it has a student housing/dorm room feel. So fairly basic but perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a breakfast buffet (until 10 a.m.) with a decent selection of food and drinks, with some really good bread and pastries. There is a pool on-site but I think it was being renovated (and it wasn't pool weather) but that could be great for families in the summer. I did not travel with any pets but I did see another guest with 2 small dogs, so I think this is a pet-friendly location. The price for one night with breakfast buffet was quite reasonable and I would stay again at this hotel.
