Nice service

Recently renovated hotel. Ideally located not far from the cathedral and the pretty streets.
The base was certainly old but that is not a problem.
Nice decor, welcoming staff noted as very positive.
Despite the few drawbacks that I will list next.
The good aspects make up for everything.
The downsides.
No air conditioning, but the fans are very effective.
No elevator.
The breakfast could be better for this category.
The floor creaks a lot; I was afraid of disturbing others.
One very positive point is the shower, well designed and very pleasant; this is often not the case.
Despite all this, very positive. I would return there.

My favourite hotel

This is the 4th time we have come to this hotel.
Great welcome. Very clean and sleeps very well.
This property is very well located in a very quiet street near the tram and 400 metres from the cathedral.
The perfect hotel in my eyes, to have good times

Small central hotel, courtesy at the top!

Small family-run hotel in the heart of Strasbourg.
If what you are looking for is a central hotel (300 meters from the Cathedral), unpretentious, but with very kind staff, then it is the right place. The hotel is not new, has no lift and runs over three floors in an old house in Strasbourg. We happened to a very quiet room, the well-kept bathroom and the shower with bisazza mosaic.
Buffet breakfast, the second day the croissants were finished and the owner went to the baker to buy them especially for us, a very welcome service. Considering it was the days of chaos with Christmas markets, and sold out everywhere, it was an exceptional moment of care.
Room redone daily, luggage storage at check-out, no nasty surprises. For those looking for a comfortable place without being dazzled by the stars, highly recommended place. Fair price. Thank you.

5 Mints of NotreDame of Strasbourg

Simple but clean, the most important was available. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here!

Place not to go

Room noisy, warm, poorly decorated.
And what is absurd at the reception we did not find even a bottle of water. Negative opinion on all fronts
