Quiet in the heart of nature
Very clean and functional mobile home, terrace with no overlooking neighbors, large pitch with parking that does not spoil the view. Beach nearby and the rest by bike, perfect!

It costs a fortune, dirty accommodation, and an enormous amount of noise pollution
2 weeks for 4 people for 4500 euros.
A nice budget, right??!

From the very beginning: a disaster!!!!
We strongly advise against it
A very dirty accommodation upon our arrival. Spiders and their webs everywhere (see photos) not to mention a horde of ants throughout the entire stay
The Belambra club right next door : a total circus every night and afternoon
The sound at maximum volume, especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Felt like a just a few short meters from our accommodation
Natureo says they can't do anything.
If it's a problem, you have to call the security guard (who says they can't do anything), otherwise call the police (who say they can't do anything)

Well, no! I booked because I was promised a quiet, rejuvenating, peaceful, zen place...
I have the exact opposite
If I could play you a voice recording, you would be more than sympathetic toward us, that's for sure.
The worst part is that we were supposed to come the summer before, the first 2 weeks of August 2025 (yes, the most expensive, the first 2 weeks of August ).
But a serious heart attack prevented us from doing so.
We thought it was a case of force majeure; we have all the medical certificates. Well no, not at all, because we hadn't taken out, hadn't purchased cancellation insurance.
Okay, so no refund. Postponement, credit???
We had to fight like crazy to get, not a postponement.
I should specify that it was obtained after several calls and especially after finding the CEO's email address on LinkedIn
Anyway, that's our 2025/2026 experience at Natureo in Seignosse. We are here on Friday, August 14, 2026. We have tomorrow and Sunday morning left.
Obviously, we will never come back.
Ah the management is offering us the cleaning fee for our departure, specifying that it's worth €150
There, I needed to vent.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir partagé votre expérience chez nous malgré votre déception que nous regrettons.
Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour les désagréments que vous avez rencontrés bien que certains ne dépendaient pas directement de nous.
Quelques précisions en ce qui concerne votre commentaire, vous parlez d'un beau budget. En effet, vous aviez réservé un Cottage premium 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 toilettes tout équipé pour les deux premières semaines d'août, ce prix est tout à fait dans la moyenne de ce que pratiquent nos concurrents.
Nous réitérons nos excuses pour le ménage, il s'agissait d'un manquement de notre part, nous avons fait un rappel à l'ordre à nos équipes suite à ce problème et vous avons offert le forfait ménage de fin de séjour en guise de compensation.
Le Belhambra a effectivement plusieurs fois dépassé les bornes. Notre Direction s'est mis en contact avec la leur ainsi qu'avec les forces de l'ordre mais les résultats n'ont pas été à la hauteur de nos demandes. Nous sommes vraiment conscients que cela a pu être gênant certains soirs. Nous espérons pouvoir faire un point très prochainement avec tous les acteurs impliqués dans ces désagréments. Encore navré, de ne pas avoir pu vous proposer le calme que vous recherchiez.
En ce qui concerne l'attribution de votre avoir, nous l'avons fait de façon exceptionnelle et nous pouvons vous garantir que certains établissements ne vous auraient rien proposé du tout. Nous regrettons donc votre réaction et manque de reconnaissance. Nous avons repris l'historique d'échanges d'emails et le problème avait été résolu en quelques heures le jour-même. Vous n'avez donc pas bataillé et eu besoin de contacter notre Direction pour que votre demande soit pris en compte.
Nous regrettons sincèrement de ne pas avoir pu répondre à vos attentes.
Nous vous présentons à nouveau nos excuses et restons à votre écoute si besoin.

Fairly quiet campsite
Grocery service convenient even if quite expensive

Nous sommes ravis que globalement vous ayez passé un agréable séjour.
En effet, cette année avec les fortes chaleurs, nos avons eu une recrudesence de fourmis. A voir comment la situation évolue dans les années à venir. Nous sommes déjà en train de réfléchir à des solutions de traitement perennes.
Notre compost a été retiré au profit d'un bac à biodéchets plus simple d'utilisation. Il devrait être installé prochainement.

Excellent stay and would recommend
Great food in the restaurant and facilities throughout.
Staff sometimes a little slow to serve and most often alot of queues with people waiting in the restaurant and bar. We waiting 30 mins one evening for a round of drinks. It is not a big issue and the restaurant was busy but this is a review.

Lack of interest and information

A family that has been
Vacationing and going up to France for more than 20 years to different campsites in the Hossegor-Seignosse area.
Specifically at Natureo we have been countless times even when it was municipal and was called Oceliances...
Although to our regret it has countless things to improve, every year we go either at Easter, in summer, or even both.
There have already been several occasions when we have expressed our desire to become owners and at reception they have briefly answered us that it is not possible or to send an email (something I did twice and no one answered me) and then other owners of the campsite have told us that there is a list that you have to sign up for and that at the end of the year one becomes available...
Basically, I think they are not interested in the slightest now that they are full and they do not make the slightest effort to give explanations or minimal information.
It is a campsite that we are in love with, but we see how it can die of success due to the neglect of its management and the temporality of some workers.
It is a campsite that has a beautiful location and environment, but there are more and more options and competition, in my opinion it does not take care of the customers who repeat, they do not care, so I cannot even imagine how they treat those who go sporadically.

Gracias por haber tomado el tiempo de dejarnos un comentario, nos alegra que le gustan la zona y nuesto camping.
Respecto a su deseo de ser propietario, transmitimos su pedido al servicio en carga para que le contacte. Efectivamente, tenemos una lista de espera pero sin duda tendremos algunos bungalows a la venta en los proximos meses. Le pedimos disculpas si el servico no fue eficiente. Los años anteriores teníamos muy pocos alojamientos a la venta, puede ser por este motivo.
Queremos asegurarle que nuestros clientes fieles son muy importantes para nosotros y fue sin duda un olvido por parte del servicio de residente.
Le confirmamos que pronto va a ser recontactado.
Esperamos verle de nuevo pronto de vacaciones o talvez como residentes.
