Avoid disappointment guaranteed

the mas moise is presented as a charming cottage while for lack of maintenance it is only an old dilapidated mansion;
Only the nearest restaurant is of quality
We had booked for two nights and left after the first.

Can do better

The host was not very friendly. The photos don’t match what we didn’t get.
Much less warm
Too bad this gentleman does not use local products for breakfast.
Bathroom products and poor quality are expected much better considering the service.
Pillows are very tired.
Lack of bedside table on both sides with reading lamps.
Too bad.

To flee urgently

If you want to live a hotel experience with the memory of the 50s then do not hesitate: spring mattress, low-end pillow, window without double glazing, bathroom without privacy, bath without curtain, noisy air conditioning and I go on when breakfast growing, chocolate bread and thawed industrial bread.
On the other hand go and have your meal at the restaurant next to the provider and there you will have plenty of taste buds

Deplorable experience

Deplorable experience,
We were extremely disappointed by the service offered by Mas Moïse, offered by a gift box "Charmes et Délights".
No one to greet us when we arrived. Waiting for 20'...
There was only one meal offered instead of the two mentioned on the Gift Set. We did not have the choice of the day of this meal, it was fixed by the owner without our Consent...
We were given the only room that looked directly onto the road. We have made the point. Owner's answer: "at night it's quiet!"... until 7:00 in the morning when traffic becomes heavy again. The room had no double glazing. We found during our stay that several other rooms (which seemed more "comfortable") were nevertheless available...
The room was not charming: dark, disparate furniture, no storage closet. deplorable bathroom, sink in a closet whose sliding door rails were rusty, no shelf in the closet either, vulgar plastic as a shower curtain...
The rest of what we have seen from the establishment is in the same vein, fresh and not maintained...
To top it all off, the planned meal had to be taken 10 km from our accommodation...
Anyway, a disaster.
We strongly advise against...

Run away!

Run away! I booked with them for two nights, I left after one. I paid 60 € more to be upgraded. When I booked I had specified that I was accompanied by my child. Accompanied by my 10-year-old daughter (I wrote it), we discovered our tiny room with deplorable hygiene (big spiders, disgusting bathtub (bathtub in the room, without door, curtain, so impossible to wash myself vis-à-vis my child and vice versa). Small uncomfortable bed. No sign of sympathy from the managers or occupation in these places (not even a board game). The next breakfast: we show up to pick it up at 8am as indicated but we are shackled and asked to come back at 8.30am. At 8:30 we come back, we see that we are disturbing, the lady tells us to sit down and and the lady serves a coffee pudding to my 10-year-old daughter! Of course the little girl didn't want it. Later in the morning, I'll say we're leaving. The first thing I'm told is you won't be reimbursed for the second day, which is normal (I'm leaving). But in the announcement it was specified that I would have a bottle of wine would be offered. Of course I wasn't allowed to.
Very bad experience, I will never set foot in it again. I advise you to do the same
