A very friendly hotel in a nice location. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a great view of the village and the castle. Unfortunately the hotel car park was full when we arrived at about 5pm so we had to park on the side of the road behind the hotel, though not ideal, it was fine. It was very hot while we were there and there is no air conditioning, but a fan was provided in the room.

We had a very nice stay the room was spacious and we had a good balcony with a nice view. Food was good. Easy access to town which was very nice.

Friendly hotel

Very warm welcome.
Large room, practical, separate toilets, which is a plus.
However, there is only a bathtub and nothing is provided for showering, no partition, curtain, or anything else.
Decent restaurant, pleasant dining area.
Complete breakfast.
We recommend this hotel hoping they will provide something for the bathtub-shower.

Poor

We have been traveling around the world for over 40 years, but I have never experienced the following anywhere.
At dinner, there was a multi-course menu. Everything was fine, but it was terrible that one always had to wait until all guests had finished their course. After over 2 hours, we paid before the last course. Going to the room was also not possible, only cash payment was accepted. Not available anywhere!
It is clear why guests are made to wait for hours; the longer one sits, the more is consumed at immensely high prices.
I have never experienced anything like this before.
Unfortunately, I still have to stay for 4 more days, and tomorrow is my wife's birthday.
We will eat elsewhere, as I do not want to wait hours for my food.
Not recommended for me.
The swimming area with sauna is excellent.

Lovely location, great parking

Lovely hotel, clean, well presented. Little balcony to sit oit in the sun. Easy location to visit very pretty village, lots of stunning buildings. Super friendly reception gentleman with excellent english
