Very helpful staff, very Bike friendly and flexible, good food at fair price, excellent staff and service. In the Via Rhona cycle route. Highly recommended.

Well, before all, I need to say that it was a real issue to go from one hotel to another one, to get the entrance and the room key, and to understand the way it worked…
In my mind, it doesn’t make sense. When you reserve a room in a hotel, it’s because you plan to be « received » there, and to be able to have « a human contact » there. It wasn’t the case at « Logis Héraclée ». There was about one mile of distance between the two hotels, and it was « necessary » to walk from one hotel to the other one.

Experience with expensive and horrible single supplement

If it was possible to put zero stars I would put them, horrible hotel unworthy of bearing this name and being included in the tour operators. Double room used as a single very small, low ceilings smell horrible carpet dated and dirty there is no space x move, renovated bathroom but very small, tiny shower for puffi.stanza devoid of any comfort only wifi and air conditioning. There is no closet, two dirty chairs dell a.c. unusable one only serves to hold porta.letto with mattress very scomodo.check in breakfast and dinner not on site, I do not recommend in the most absolute way.
